From Orlando or Sandford International Airports;

Proceed onto the southbound carriageway of Highway 417 heading towards Kissimmee/Disney.
Turn off at the “International Drive” exit proceed straight through the lights at the end of the slip road for about ¼ mile to the main traffic lights and turn left onto Vineland Road. Stay on Vineland Road for about 1 ½ miles to the ‘T’ junction with Highway 192.
Turn right for around ½ mile to traffic lights and turn then left onto North Poinciana Boulevard. (Perkins on the left corner).
Go along North Poinciana Boulevard for 1 mile and turn left onto Siesta Lago.
Hamiltons Reserve estate is the second turning on the right into Berkshire Court and Dunmore lane is the first on the left.
