Important Conditions:
- You should arrive at the home around late afternoon to early evening,
depending on your flight. We would ask that you vacate the home by 11.00 am on
the day of departure.
- A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 for each week is required when
booking. This will be deducted from the final balance.
- The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. In the case of late bookings,
the full amount is payable on confirmation of the booking.
- In the event that you need to cancel your booking the following
cancellation charges would apply:
- Period before departure Cancellation charge
- More than 2 months £100.00 per week
- Between 1 & 2 months 50% of booking cost
- Less than 1 month 100% of booking cost
All guests are strongly advised to ensure that they have adequate Travel and
Medical Insurance.
